The Louque Law Firm, L.L.C.
strives to provide effective legal representation to all clients at a
reasonable and predictable cost. To that end, The
Louque Law Firm, L.L.C. offers fixed, flat fees
on almost all matters handled by the firm, including
domestic matters. Some matters, such as unpaid
wages claims and FDCPA actions, may be handled on a contingency fee
basis.
When both you and The Louque Law Firm,
L.L.C. agree that the firm will handle your legal matter you will know
the legal fees you will pay so you can budget properly. A
detailed written representation agreement will be signed by all parties
so you can see, in writing, what your legal fees cover (and what it
does not cover). If you want us to
handle a legal matter not covered by your representation agreement, we
will set up an appointment to discuss that matter to determine whether
you and the firm agree that the firm will handle that matter as well.

believes you should know exactly what your legal matter will cost you
before you make a decision on whether you want to hire us to handle
your legal matter. It is impossible to know for
sure what a legal matter will cost you under an hourly fee arrangement.
That is precisely the reason we offer fixed fees.

longer have to worry about receiving a $80.00 bill for a 20 minute
phone call.
